01Who you are buying from

reachthetop.world is operated by Beable S.r.l., Via Morino 30, 00033 Cave (RM), Italy, VAT IT18535121000 (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@reachthetop.world.

Payments are taken by Polar Software Inc., who act as merchant of record for this sale. That means Polar is the seller on the payment receipt, and Polar charges and remits any VAT, GST or sales tax due where you are. Your card details are handled by them and never reach us.

02What you are buying

You are buying a position in a public ranking: a place on a list, at an altitude determined by how much you have paid, showing a name, one line of text, a logo and a link to a website you control.

The position stays visible until somebody pays more than you.

You are not buying traffic, clicks, impressions, conversions, leads, sales, or any search-engine benefit. We make no promise about how many people will see or click your listing, and no promise that any of them will be useful to you. Every outbound link on this site carries rel=“sponsored nofollow noopener” and passes through a redirect, so it conveys no ranking signal to any search engine by design.

The click count shown on your row is our own measurement, deduplicated per visitor per hour. It is offered in good faith and is not an audited metric.

03How the ranking works

• Positions are ordered by total amount paid, highest first. Where two listings have paid exactly the same, the one that paid first ranks higher.
• Payments from the same website address add together. A second payment raises your existing position; it never creates a second listing and never discards what you already paid.
• Each zone has an entry price and a fixed number of seats. When a zone is full, a new listing can only enter by exceeding the lowest bid in it by at least one dollar.
• When that happens, the lowest-placed listing in that zone moves down one zone and keeps its amount. It is not removed and it is not refunded — being outbid is the product working as described, not a failure of it.
• The Summit is not an auction. It is a single seat at a fixed price of $100,000, sold once. It does not expire and cannot be outbid.

These rules are applied by the software automatically. There is no quality score, no editorial weighting and no hidden promotion.

04Immediate activation and the right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Your listing goes live as soon as your payment is confirmed, which is before those 14 days have passed. So at checkout we ask you to tick a second, separate box requesting that immediate performance, and acknowledging that once we have fully performed you lose the right of withdrawal. That is the effect of Article 16(m) and Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU, and in Italy of Article 59 of the Codice del Consumo.

Neither box is pre-ticked, and we do not open a checkout without both. We repeat both statements in the confirmation email so you keep a written record of what you agreed to.

If you would prefer to keep your withdrawal right, do not buy: we have no way to sell you a listing that is not published.

05What a payment is made of

Every payment is split, and the split is shown to you before you pay:

• 50% is the placement fee. It buys the act of putting you on the mountain — displacing whoever you passed, publishing your listing, and showing it to everybody who arrives. That work is done the moment your listing appears, and it is not refundable.
• 50% is the standing balance. It is what keeps you at that altitude, and it is the part that can come back.

Both halves count towards your position. A $100 payment is $100 of altitude, not $50 — the split decides what is refundable, never what you are worth on the board.

The reason is simple. A position is consumed by being held: while you are at the top, somebody else is not, and every visitor who arrives sees you instead of them. A listing that could sit at the summit for two weeks and then be refunded in full would cost every other advertiser their place for nothing.

06Refunds

You get everything back — the full amount, including the placement fee, within 24 hours — if:

• we reject or remove your listing under clause 07;
• your listing never went live, for any reason on our side.

You get the standing balance back — half of what you paid — if you ask us to take your listing down, in writing, at hello@reachthetop.world. We remove it and return the balance. The placement fee stays with us, because the placement already happened.

Nothing comes back for being outbid, for dropping a zone, or for being disappointed by how many clicks the position produced. Those are the product working exactly as described on this page.

If you are a consumer and you did not ask for immediate activation, you keep the full 14-day right of withdrawal and the split above does not apply to you — but in that case we cannot publish your listing until those 14 days have passed, which is why the checkout asks for immediate activation. Where mandatory consumer law gives you more than this clause does, the law wins and this clause does not limit it.

07What we will not publish

Every listing is reviewed. We refuse and refund a listing that:

• points at a link shortener, a redirector, or a direct chat handle rather than a website we can look at;
• promotes malware, phishing, scams, stolen goods or stolen credentials;
• offers sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or anything unlawful where we operate;
• impersonates a company, person or brand the buyer does not represent;
• is illegal to advertise in Italy or the European Union, or breaches a third party's trade mark or copyright;
• changes, after approval, into something we would have refused.

You are responsible for the destination site and for having the right to use the name, text and logo in your listing. You grant us permission to display them, and to fetch and store the icon published by your own website so we can show it without your visitors' browsers having to request anything from a third party.

We may remove a listing that becomes unlawful or unsafe at any time, with a pro-rata refund of nothing already displayed, and a full refund if the listing had not yet gone live.

08Availability and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change the design, the copy or the zone layout of the site.

We will not change the auction rules in clause 03 in a way that lowers an existing listing's position relative to the payments already made. If we permanently discontinue the board, we will say so at least 30 days in advance.

09Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the listing that claim concerns.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or loss arising from the performance of your own website. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid, and the date at the top of this page tells you which that is. Changes never apply retroactively to a position already bought.
